How fast is your turn around?
360 requires a minimum turnaround time of 24 hours for photos, floor plans, and panoramas. This time commences from the time we have completed the work on-site. Weekends or holidays are not counted; turnaround times shall apply only to business days/hours.
Will you upload the Tour on my listing?
Yes! We take care of everything for you, just give us the house MLS #, we will upload 20 photos and also the tour link for you on your listing.
I am an agent, do I have to show up during the photo shoot?
No, you and the house owner both do not need to show up during the shooting time, however if you feel more comfortable you are welcome stay with the photography during the shooting period.
What should we do to prepare the home for photography?
Please keep in mind that the photographer's schedule does not allow for him to spend time tidying the house or moving pieces of furniture.? It is up to you or the homeowner to ensure that the home is photo-ready.
IF THERE ARE PETS IN THE HOUSE, ENSURE THAT THE OWNER IS HOME TO KEEP THEM UNDER CONTROL AND OUT OF THE WAY.? IF THE OWNER WILL NOT BE HOME, THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL NOT ENTER A HOUSE WITH A DOG INSIDE, UNLESS WE KNOW THAT THE DOG IS LOCKED IN A ROOM.??A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER ARRIVES AT THE SITE, BUT THE HOME CANNOT BE PHOTOGRAPHED DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF A DOG.
Cars should be removed from the driveway BEFORE THE PHOTOGRAPHER ARRIVES .? This will allow him to take the exterior front photos first.?
In order to comply with TREB rules and regulations, it is best to have your tour photographed BEFORE the For Sale sign is installed.? ??
Avoid having tours shot on garbage day.
Turn on overhead lights and open curtains.? If you do not wish to have family portraits in the pictures, for privacy reasons, please remove them before the photo shoot.? If it is a very bright day, and you prefer to have the curtains drawn, please do so before the photographer arrives.
Remove dish towels hanging on the oven door.
Beds should be made.?
Most importantly, remove clutter.?
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE HOME IS ACCESSIBLE TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.?
What if I book a virtual tour and the weather does not cooperate?
Naturally, we cannot guarantee weather conditions. Although everyone wants their pictures done on a sunny day, sometimes overcast weather actually produces better photos, because of more even light levels. Nor does inclement weather prevent us from taking interior photos. If the weather causes problems for outside pictures, we will deal with contingency plans on an individual basis.
How can I keep the photos for using in my brochures, newspaper ads and other printed material?
You will receive a link which allows you to download the photos. Go to Photo Gallery on the link we send to you, you can pick and download the photos on your computer by click on the photo you like, a bigger windown will pop out, right click on the photo, choose "save image as..." then you can save the photo on your computer.
Cancellation, Rechedule, return and Refund Policy
All on sale Packages for 10 times services are Final Sale, No Return or Refund after Package is beeen purchased. if you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know 24 business hours (Monday- Friday 9am-5pm) ahead of time to avoid being charged a cancellation fee at a rate of $60/hour. Each regular photography service will take around one hour. 3D or floorplan services are approximately 1hour/1000sqft. Full amount will be charged if canceling or rescheduling is requested on the same day as service. The final photos and link will be sent to you the day after service by 12pm EST. If you didn’t get it by 12pm EST, please check your junk mail. If it is not in your junk mail, please contact us. Floor plans take between 24-48 hours to render and will be sent to you as soon as they are completed
